Grumman F4F (oz13833)
About this Plan
Grumman F4F. Control line profile stunt model. Wingspan 1056 mm.
Quote: "Dear Steve & Mary, wishing all good things for the couple. Here we have the plans set of a late´s Mobral´s former kit, the Grumman F-4F. This was a profile C/L stand off scale kit that had a wingspan of 105.6 cm and recommended for engines from .19 to .35 range. This model has a good reputation to be a very good flyer.
This excellent plans set were very well made by our talended, competent & good friend Sergio Daeuble. He started gattering informations & data from the original kit and also received the remainings from a crashed model, that helps a lot in the recreation of this very nice project.
Thanks again to you and also to Sergio by yours excellent work of preservation of the model airplane history. & Aeronautic Culture.
The beatiful white F-4 F with red & black details on wings and stab in the picture [pic 003] is property & very nice work from Cmdr. Luiz Alberto Dutra."

* Credit field
The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.
Scaling
This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
