33in floats. Stinson not included... This is a plan showing construction of a pair of 33in floats suitable to fit onto a Stinson, or similar.

Quote: "Hi Mary, This is the last of my current batch of scans. These were produced as a kit by G&S Scale Products. They later changed their name to J Roberts Precision Scale Aircraft. Or they did it the other way around, I am not sure. Anyway this was the float kit you could buy for their Stinson kit. So a friend of mine bought the kit and made up a bunch of float kits to sell as Medallion Model Products. He gave me one of his kits and the plans. A few month later he asked to borrow the plans back and I returned them. Unfortunately I never got them back again. So it has taken me 30 years to get my hands on a copy. It was not the best and part of the bottom was cut off. So I tacked some vellum to the bottom and used my parts to complete the drawing. I also traced the parts as best I could. Some don't look that symmetrical to me. And bulkhead 3 is missing. But it is the best I can do... Dave"

Notes
* Credit field
The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.
Scaling
This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
