The wing must be lifted 18mm on the trailing edge otherwise he will not fly... Re-designing the fuselage is therefore needed. [see more pics 004,005] Super Tigre 45 the exhaust is turnableWilfried - 10/09/2015
Hello Steve and Mary, Included a pic of my electro Wind Puff [more pics 006]. She has a SK3 3548 kv 840 motor, a 60A ESC, 4S 4000 mAh LiPo and a 11x7 prop.

The pilot is fantastic! Does he have a name?!
Mary - 08/08/2016
The pilot puppet was included in the kit in those days. And it even has a name "Popoff". The model was originally released in 1975 making it a true classic nowadays!

The Wind Puff was converted into an electric pusher [more pics 007-011]. I made a wider fuselage for the battery. The landing gear struts were made of bent spring steel. Sadly after only 2(!) take-offs it has turned out that the whole construction is heavier, and it won't fly well if I decide to change some parts. The fuselage was thrown away, the wing is now a decoration in my workshop.

Notes
* Credit field
The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.
Scaling
This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
