Wing: We start construction by cutting balsa beams 1 from blank A B, leading and trailing strips 2 3 from blank C. We cut the beams with a razor blade or a sharp pointed knife according to a ruler on a flat surface. We cut the leading and trailing strips with a jigsaw. The drain strip is provided with notches, which are best cut with a 1 mm wide hacksaw. The leading and trailing strips are ground according to section A - A.

From the blanks D E C, we cut ribs 4 5, blanks 6 and plywood parts of the box 7 8. We glue parts 8 according to the plan between parts 7 so that they create 4 guide boxes for the wing wire t a 1.2 mm.

We assemble and glue the wings directly on the plan, best by gluing the ribs between the leading and trailing strips. Attention! The outer ribs 5 must be tilted by 9° according to view B.

Then we glue the beams 1 into the wing and attach the wings to a flat wooden board with thin pins, on which we leave the glued joints to dry. Next, we insert and glue the guide boxes into the wings and glue the inserts 6. On the center of the wing, we glue the ribs 9 cut from the blank E from the outside, in which we first drill holes fa 1,2 for the wing wires 12. At the ends of the wing, we cut out the protruding beams. From the blanks D and A, we cut out the arches 10 and inserts 11, which we glue to the ends of the wings according to view C.

We sand the wings made in this way with fine sandpaper and they are ready for coating.

Elevator and rudder. From the blanks A B F G, we cut out parts 13 - 19 and glue them on a flat surface according to the plan. After the glue has dried, we sand the surfaces and sand the edges with fine sandpaper.

Fuselage: First cut out all the remaining parts from the blanks A B E F G H. After drilling the holes, tie the landing gear wire 21 to the fuselage bulkhead 20 with a thread. In the balsa reinforcements of the landing gear 22, create a groove for the wire ® 1,2. Sand the reinforcements according to the cut D D and glue them to the landing gear. After the glue dries, cover the landing gear reinforcements 22 with a strip of covering paper. On the side panels 23 24, glue parts 25 26 27 in the marked places. ATTENTION! Part 27 is on the opposite side of the fuselage side panel than parts 25 and 26. In the glued wing ribs 26, drill holes 0 1,2 and in parts 27, drill a hole 0 3 mm. On the side panels, mark the places where the fuselage bulkheads belong according to the plan. Glue the partitions and the other side to one side in the marked places. Then glue the partition 31 between the side and glue part 32 to the side from above and part 33 from the bottom of the hull, making sure that the hull is not twisted.

Next, glue the top of the hull 34, which we first soak in hot water and bend over the log by 01 20 - 30 mm, on which we leave it until it dries completely. Glue the reinforcement 35 to the bottom of the hull..."
