Seabreeze II (oz5742)
About this Plan
Seabreeze II. Gyro-copter kite model.
Quote: "Steve, This is the 'Seabreeze II' autogiro kite by Gordon Fairly. I do not know when it was designed. It will fly very well in a steady wind. It does not fly well or at all in gusty winds. Steady winds such as a sea shore will give hours of entertainment."

Hi - I was thinking about you should try putting an autopilot on it. What I mean about that is putting an elastic bridle on it. I put one on my box kite and it flew in heavy to light winds and didn't have to worry about angle of attack. It never crashed on me on the ground. I put it up in the sky till about 1000ft and it flew for 36 hrs. Course I didn't stay there for the whole thing. When it landed it came to a smooth landing.philc - 05/09/2019

Notes
* Credit field
The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.
Scaling
This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
