This model is the thirtieth of a series built in a joint effort to find the perfect combat plane. On planes prior to this, we tried every size, but none was successful for both speed and maneuverability. We also tried many types of structures. It was decided that the most easily built and the least expensive was most suitable because of the short life of a combat plane.

After a crack-up, many parts of this plane can be re-used on another. It has a speed of over 80 mph with a 9/8 Power Prop. It will also fly a full AMA stunt pattern, making it double for a stunt trainer. The ship has placed first or second in every contest in which it has been flown by the authors. For flyers who may fear combat flying is more work than fun, the plane can be built on an easily constructed jig. Whether it is made on a jig or not, the cost will be around three dollars and the building time is not more than eight hours.

An important feature is the interchangeable power unit for using one engine and fuel tank with several planes. In the event of a crack-up you can have another plane flying in five minutes using the same power unit... "
