About this Plan
Windrush. Towline glider model. Beginner's glider, using all-sheet Jedelsky wing construction.
Quote: "Aeromodeller free flight plans. Hi, This time we go to the April 1997 edition of Aeromodeller. The cover shows many of the features and articles to be found inside this issue which also has two full size plans to pass along. The first being WINDRUSH by ANDREW CRISP a beginners tow line glider. The 36in wingspan model features all sheet construction and has a D/T to stop fly aways. Andrews building article gives all the information you need including trimming advice."

Makes a great two channel RC conversion for single model club gliding competition. 2 5g servos and a flat plate tail yields flights of over a minute with a lightweight bungee.GrahamC - 05/10/2015
Great little glider. See Grimsby Inter club competition on www.youtube.com

Notes
* Credit field
The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.
Scaling
This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
