About this Plan

Falke. Scale glider model. Secondary Training Glider circa 1930.

Quote: "Thing is, I've been feeling guilty about downloading plans from the site and not having anything to contribute. But maybe I have something you can use. I came across a plan I drew in CAD almost 10 years ago and never built. It's a semi-scale model of a vintage German glider, and was done by measuring an already-built model. The plan includes details on the model's origins as well as some historical data on the full-size aircraft. The attached pdf is not a scan: it was done straight out of AutoCAD."

Direct submission to Outerzone.

Did we get something wrong with these details about this plan (especially the datafile)? That happens sometimes. You can help us fix it.

    This is a scale plan, but ScaleType is set as NotFound.

    This happens when we can't find a relevant Wikipedia page to link to. Usually because the type in question is uncommon.

    Corrections? Use the correction form to tell us the new ScaleType link we should be using. Thanks.

* Credit field

The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.

This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
