Here is the provenance:

This was designed and copyrighted by Phil Hartman/Blue Ridge Models in 1977 (as shown on the plans). When I went into the Free Flight business in 2012, I contacted PAL Models, owned by Bob Langelius and Dave Acton. They owned all of the Blue Ridge Models designs, including the Special, Dart, Square Eagle P-30, the Coupe-de-Ville, and others. In 2017, they gave me what they had for the Square Eagle and the Blue Ridge Special, transferring ownership to me and my company, Volare Products.

As I have now closed shop indefinitely, and given this design is 50 years old (or so) and still very popular, I feel it is time to release the design to the public - and what better place to do this than Outerzone?

Please find attached the plan (print on 11"x17"), the parts (8.5"x11") and the instructions (two sides of 8.5"x11").
