CONSTRUCTION: Cut all the parts from the balsa boards with a sharp knife or razor blade according to the pre-printed contours of the individual parts. The printed contours on the boards must be followed exactly, cut straight shapes according to a steel or wooden ruler. Clean the surface of the parts lightly with sandpaper. This prepares all the parts of the model for assembly.

The fuselage is made of two balsa boards. The upper part 10 and the lower part 11 are connected by a balsa partition 7, half-partitions 9 - 9a and a lining 14, to to which we first attach the catch hook and spur 15. The covering of the front part of the fuselage is made of balsa board 8.

We glue the fillet 6 from the side and process it according to the plan. We provide it with a sleeve 4. On the pre-bent propeller shaft 5 we insert the spring 2, propeller 1, bead 3 and after inserting it into the head we bend the eyelet for the suspension of the bundle. To protect the bundle we put a plastic tube on the front and rear hook.

The wing is made of two balsa boards 17 and 17a. Before gluing them to the fuselage (butt-to-butt), we carefully bend them over the steam into the profile according to the plan. The tail surfaces with the profile of a straight board are both made of pine balsa board. We glue the rudder 13, the transition 12 and the height 18 firmly to the fuselage with acetate glue.

The landing gear 19 is already bent into the appropriate shape. We insert it into the cutout in the fuselage and glue it to the leading edge of the wing with two strips of fabric. We glue the connection thoroughly with 2X glue. We secure the wheels and the rear spur wheel 16 on the shafts by bending them according to the plan.

Surface treatment and finishing. We sand the finished model with glass paper and paint it with 2)‹ colorless nitro varnish. We indicate the movable surfaces of the wing, elevators and rudders on the model by drawing with black ink. We attach the attached decals to the model according to the instructions on their back. The body of the model can be painted with red nitro varnish. We paint the wheel tires black. The rubber bundle consists of two 4.xi mm threads. We increase the durability of the bundle with a mixture of 500/o gycehnu o 500/0 soap south. The length of the bundle must correspond exactly to the length of the points of interest. Flying.

Flying does not cause difficulties, First we check the angle of adjustment of the wing or elevator, which must be 0° for the elevator and + 2.5° for the wing. For those who do not know the aeronautical theory, it is enough if when looking from the side they find that the leading edge of the wing is slightly raised up against the plane of the elevator. The angle of adjustment is best checked using a ruler, which we attach from below to the wing.

First, we grab the model lengthwise by the fuselage, approximately under the trailing edge of the wing and throw it slightly diagonally to the ground. If the model falls too sharply to the ground, we lift (twist) the elevator horns (trailing edge) If the model is pitching up, we must weight it in front with a small piece of lead..."

Notes

* Credit field

The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format.
