Quote: " Hello Outerzone. After years of searching for this plan, I recently came across a NIB kit of the Gee Bee Line Mallard. I know from looking that many others were interested in this plan also.
Its unique that it uses a blow molded plastic float for the main body - I plan to come up with a way of getting around this (3D printed or Balsa) and will keep you posted on progress - My kit will be built as “Vintage” as possible but I'm planning to build another with electric power and a few other updates.
Here are the files - I have included a dimensional reference for each sheet using the measurements off the original plans- I think they are self explanatory, but let me know if you have questions. Sheet 1 dimensions are wing cord line and Section BB and Sheet 2 uses the wing chord and span minus the tip - Sheet 1 is clipped slightly at the right side but nothing is missing - I tried twice to get the print ship to correct without success..
Hope you think this is worthy of publishing"

Did we get something wrong with these details about this plan (especially the datafile)?

* Credit field
The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.
Scaling
This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
