Quote: "Another 'plan' I don't think you have is the Swift by David Boddington. It isn't really a plan, as the fuselage is only half shown, the rest is just dimensions. And the wing used is an MM moulded wing, which has long been out of production (but I'm lucky to have a couple). The MM wing is, however, just a foam version of the Ghost Rider (oz7697) wing, so it is easy to build a complete Swift, albeit you'll have to draw some of the plan yourself and use the GR plan for the wings.
The Ghost Rider had a larger wing chord, but the prototype used a similar construction to the GR, so if building it, you'd need to use the wing section shown on the Swift plan, but with the construction of the GR.
The other thing I've heard from Shaun Garrity is that the Swift isn't a great flyer... he built one a few years back with a Micro Mold wing, which makes it overweight and not as good as say a Ghost Rider.
Cheers Mike"

Notes
* Credit field
The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.
Scaling
This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
