This plan is good because it has the outline for the cabin version. That version is easier to balance because the wing is further back. You could scale this cabin outline up 108% and apply it to the1989 Bomber Beater (oz16371)

Agreed (oz16371) is a better plan. Unfortunately, it's hard to find and doesn't show the outline for the cabin version.
The original sparing on the Playboy Sr. was pretty poor: A few deep spars on the bottom, a couple turbulators on top.
The rib as shown above the pylon isn't an improvement. As depicted on the wing page, they are. Mind you, this plan hails from Australia where they spend an entire day processing models before a contest. They frown on structural changes that may improve the aerodynamics (turbulators).
The best would be to use (oz16371) scaled to your desired size and then have a second set of top & Bottom spars webbed as depicted in : https://outerzone.co.uk/plan_details.asp?ID=15747
Then again, If you desire a Cabin, you'd have to consult this plan, (oz6328), or get one from Cleveland's tertiary products catalogue:https://clevelandairline.com/Products.aspx
That 85 year old plan ain't nothing to write home about.

Notes
* Credit field
The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.
Scaling
This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
