Quote: "George Batiuk's 1969 CdH. Hi - Attached is a drawing that I did quite a while ago for Hippockets. I am planning on building one in the near future and I'll send along some pictures when complete. Here are the notes from Hippockets:
From the Dec. 1969 VTO.
Note: There are several key dimensions missing from the original 3-view. (Size of Fin, Height of Pylon, etc.) I have done my best to estimate those dimensions, but please be aware that they are rough estimates.
Also, I did not include any details about the prop or the prop mechanism. There is no detail about that on the three-view."
Corrections?
Did we get something wrong with these details about this plan (especially the datafile)?
That happens sometimes. You can help us fix it.

Hi Mary, I thought you would like a photo [main pic] of my vintage Coupe d' Hiver, plan #14952. Rich Wegener was kind enough to laser cut a short kit for me. It came in handy since my Garricoupe flew the coup (pun intended) last weekend. Thanks,Brooke Linford - 27/05/2024
Rich and I have built this from his short kit and they are incredible fliers! If it wasn't for the dethermalizer I may have lost it with only 50% power!

* Credit field
The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.
Scaling
This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
