ScaleType: This (oz1418) is a scale plan. Where possible we link scale plans to Wikipedia, using a text string called ScaleType.
If we got this right, you now have a couple of direct links (above) to 1. see the Wikipedia page, and 2. search Oz for more plans of this type. If we didn't, then see below.
Notes:
ScaleType is formed from the last part of the Wikipedia page address, which here is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitsubishi_A5M
Wikipedia page addresses may well change over time.
For more obscure types, there currently will be no Wiki page found. We tag these cases as ScaleType = NotFound. These will change over time.
Corrections? Use the correction form to tell us the new/better ScaleType link we should be using. Thanks.

Plan Mit. a5n2a Claude by Nate Sterman. I'm in the process of building this model [more pics 003]. Construction notes: 1. bulkhead 4T is too tall and upper stringer notches not wide enough. I removed the center top, widened the stringer locations. 2. cockpit panes a little too wide at base. I trimmed same. 3. LG strut location not indicated on plan. I used other sources. I'm 77 yrs and been able to continue using the razor blade on printed sheet. THANKS Outerzone.EugeneW - 12/10/2017
What paper size this plan should be printed out on scale ?? It is dispatched into 4 page /sheet can i do it on a4 size paper per page/sheet? Many thanks. This is Will be the first model i built

Hi Ngurah, this plan is divided into 4 sheets in Letter format. This Letter format is 8.5 x 11" (279mm x 216mm), against 297mm x 210mm for A4.
The difference is small but it is there. This normally causes trouble when you need to join sheets that contain, say, a wing or a fuselage across more than one sheet.
However, in this instance you were so lucky as the person who scanned this plan left a lot of overlap in each sheet, which makes it all much easier.
So, you can print the four sheets at 1:1 scale (or 100%), and then join sheets 1 and 2 using the overlap, while 3 and 4 do not need to be joined at all.
Happy Landing!

Notes
* Credit field
The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.
Scaling
This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
