Merry Christmas! Here's to you and Mary having a wonderful holiday, and New Year too...
By the way, the Sterling Citabria decal file, is actually the Monocoupe decal:0

Single sheet decal for both models, but white Citabria lettering are virtually invisible on the sheet. The kits were coupled on a single kit box.

Here's a few pictures of a Citabria I built from the Sterling peanut kit oz13505 [main pic, 006-009]. This model was built in the summer of 2016. As seen in the uncovered picture 006, I replaced the plastic cowl with a built-up structure and balsa nose block. Covering is Peck domestic tissue, spliced together for the wing and tail sunbursts. Markings were printed on white paper and glued over the tissue. It flies well - best to date is just over a minute. Flying weight is just over 10g with a ~12" loop of 1/16" rubber. Thanks again for all you do to keep these plans available!

Notes

* Credit field

The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.

Scaling

This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
