Stay in the House Mouse (oz13292)
About this Plan
Stay in The House Mouse. Rubber indoor sport model. Wingspan 20cm.
Direct submission to Outerzone.
Quote: "Steve, Here is a copy of Welly Aiden’s design and a photo of his finished model. A great flying indoor, room sized model. This might help those hunkered down inside, avoiding COVID. The spacer between the fuselage and prop bearing is the tubing from a ball point pen, which is shown as wood on the drawing.
The model was designed by Welly Aiden to fly in his house. Welly used the materials at hand, which included bamboo, but any materials will work. With all the restrictions related to COVID the idea of flying in one’s living room takes on a genuine appeal, hence the name. Keep it light."
Did we get something wrong with these details about this plan (especially the datafile)?
That happens sometimes. You can help us fix it.

User commentsHey Steve, Thanks for putting Welly Aiden’s Stay in the House Mouse on your Outerzone site. Here is a link to the video (I hope) of Welly flying his Stay in the House Mouse, inside his living room. I hope you can share it on your site, if you think it helpful: https://www.facebook.com/welly.aidan/videos/379728763762224/

* Credit field
The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.
This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
