About this Plan

Mr Mulligan. Radio control stand off scale model. Wingspan 52 in, wing area 420 sq in, for .30 - .40 engines and 3-4 channels.

When you look through this kit there are a few things to evaluate in it. Our Mulligan is complete with an injection moulded nylon cowling - that is complete with the cylinder valve rocker blisters. This cowling is far superior to, say, a vacuum formed cowling.

William Bros injection molded wheel pants are included in the kit. These are set off with a specially designed strong aluminum wide gear tread.

These quality parts plus other trim features that are included can produce a striking scale-like finish using a simple white film, coat covering.

This kit contains a substantial amount of lightweight string die-cut plywood. The wing ribs and tail panels are balsa. The spars and stringers are spruce.

These construction techniques were introduced in our Miss World and again in the World Engines Cub. The result is an accurate and an extremeley strong durable R/C model. The structure and covering should hardly be more than a ghood weekend project.

The prototype was test flown at Wright Field with a Supertigre 23 using only rudder, elevator and throttle control. The flight characteristics in turns were exceptional."
