About this Plan

Zephyr 22. Wingspan 22 in. Wing area 110 sq in. For electric power with Parkzone motor.

Quote: "Steve, I have attached plans, photos for a series of models based on the 1936 Abe Bergman Zephyr (oz5583). I have published most of these in RC Groups. Jim Zare."

See Jim's Zephyr thread on RCGroups for more details at https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?3524...

Quote: "In 2019 a 22 inch version was designed with a built up fuselage using the RC gear from a Spectrum Micro Receiver with 2 integrated servos and the Parkzone P-51 gear motor with a 1s Lipo. This was built for indoor flying but does well outside too."

* Credit field

The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.

This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
