I love this one. Something very stylish about the stance, the shape of this model. Italian vintage design, gotta love it.SteveWMD - 29/11/2019
Note the sketch for full ribs and full spar trick like Aquila plan. It was necessary for low weight in hardwood construction before introduction of balsa after WW2. But it's more necessary to maintain correct alignment with leading, trailing edge and central spar: Because they are made too of of very thin hardwood named Tiglio (Tilium or linden wood). In this case the spar's holes aren't double rounded, but on side acts as square vertical guide for the ribs made of birch wood veneer.

Pit, do you know the designer of this one? Would be nice to add the credit.

Yes sir, Ermenegildo Preti that became a famous Italian Aircraft Engineer, see his Wikipedia entry at https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ermenegildo_Preti. Many Italian Aircraft Engineers started as Aircraft modellers, their talent is visible on many Italian model airplanes of that period. This plan was inked by Pierluigi Raggi. They both together designed the cult microcar ISETTA, later built under licence by BMW in the 50's. What a couple on OZ Steve!

Notes
* Credit field
The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.
Scaling
This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
