Meise (oz10824)
About this Plan
Meise. Towline glider model. Wingspan 212 cm. wing area 41.5 dmq.
Originally designed in 1945, this here is a modern redrawn plan in PDFvector format - also a dxf CAD version.
Quote: "Here is the 'Meise' a vintage glider designed by Romano Mazzoncini and published in 1945 in L'Ala which was one of the few Italian aviation magazines of the time with some pages devoted to model planes.
The plan shown here was redrawn by my friend Marcello Zunica, current editor of the Italian vintage model magazine L'Aquilone, the monthly bulletin of SAM 2001 Chapter. Enjoy!"

Here is a photo of the Italian Glider l'Ala (Meise oz10824) [more pics 003]. It shows the lovely shape of this model. I found it under: https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?3208469-CAP-2019-The-Meise-Italian-OT-gliderUwe - 30/01/2019

Notes
* Credit field
The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.
Scaling
This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
