Quote: "Hello, I am a big fan of your site, so keep up the good work, looking everyday and really enjoying. Have a drawing of a Robbe Lord it's at least 42 year old because then it was my first trainer model, that crashed on its maiden flight. Did a retro model just now and did a maiden last Saturday, which gave me a great flight and great memories. Drawing attached as PDF and some pics of my retro Robbe Lord model. Thanks again for the great site and and hope to send you some more plans. Best Regards,"

Hello Mary, here is a photo of my Robbe Lord, first built in 1977, rebuilt in 2009 but with ailerons and electric motor [006]. Thanks for so many plans!Oliver S - 04/09/2019

Hallo Steve and Mary. Here are a few pictures of the Robbe Lord, although it has been enlarged to 2.20m. It is approximately 1.60m long and currently weighs 3.7kg. The powerplant is a 61 Magnum with a 250ml tank. The RC system consists of size 5077 servos and a 35MHz Mpx receiver. The plane is built in the classic style with balsa and poplar plywood. The spars are 10x10 balsa strips, ribs, and the casing is made of 4-ply balsa, and the skin is made of 2-ply balsa. The SL is made of 8-ply balsa, and the HL is a lattice construction with 1-ply balsa planking. The finish will be created with Diacov fabric film and acrylic varnish based on a cardboard template from 1975. The weight will then be around 4.10 kg... I hope...
Pictures will follow.
Thank you for your great site.

Notes
* Credit field
The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.
Scaling
This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
