Kakadu (oz1046)

Kakadu (oz1046) by Karl-Heinz Denzin from RCME 1960 - plan thumbnail

About this Plan

Kakadu Biplane. Single channel RC cabin model. This is a low resolution plan.

This plan was first published in the German "Modell" magazine, in Dec 1959.

Note this is not a full size plan.

Update 23/07/2018: Replaced this plan with a clearer copy. This one is also low resolution, but is much easier to read and has all the parts shown at fullsize. This is now a 400 dpi greyscale image, made by scaling up a smallish jpg image found online at http://www.rc-network.de/forum/showthread.php/85526-verschwundene-Modelle-(Rarit%C3%A4ten)?p=1178836&viewfull=1#post1178836 posted by hastf1b.

Supplementary file notes

Previous scan version.

Did we get something wrong with these details about this plan (especially the datafile)? That happens sometimes. You can help us fix it.

* Credit field

The Credit field in the Outerzone database is designed to recognise and credit the hard work done in scanning and digitally cleaning these vintage and old timer model aircraft plans to get them into a usable format. Currently, it is also used to credit people simply for uploading the plan to a forum on the internet. Which is not quite the same thing. This will change soon. Probably.

This model plan (like all plans on Outerzone) is supposedly scaled correctly and supposedly will print out nicely at the right size. But that doesn't always happen. If you are about to start building a model plane using this free plan, you are strongly advised to check the scaling very, very carefully before cutting any balsa wood.
