Download file: failure

Sorry, that didn't work. Usually, this is caused by following a bad link, from outside the Outerzone site.

External hot links are not allowed.

Recommend you start again from the home page and navigate to the plan_details page that you want, then use the download link from there. That should work every time.

If you are linking to us from outside, that's cool, but don't link to the plan downloads. You need to link to the plan_details page instead, using an URL in this format (for example):
https://outerzone.co.uk/plan_details.asp?ID=1234
