Meanwhile (busy, busy at the moment) if you *really do* need to reset your password, just email us at email@example.com confirming your email address and that you want a reset. Passwords here are all securely hashed, so even we can't read them. But we can simply delete your old account, and the system with then allow you to re-register with a new account using that same email address.
Phew. That makes sense, right?
Simply downloading plans does not require a login, of course. Never has, never will.
