Listing all plans by download count. Note this is not an exact measure (it historically showed hits to the download_this_plan page, rather than actual file downloads) but it does give you a rough guide to which plans are most popular. Note I only plugged this counter in on 13/09/13, so there is more than 2 years of download data missing from here.
